Meetings with the developer, architect and interior designer helped us create a brand that communicated just this: a place where Miami lifestyle meets Island Serenity.

Inspiration for The Palms comes from the relaxing island feel of Bay Harbor just a bridge away from the vibrant Miami lifestyle. Our slogan “Miami Lifestyle Meets Island Serenity” conveys the essence of The Palms. The logo’s curves not only represent a palm tree leave, they also symbolize wind and water- the gentle breezes moving through the building’s atrium and the motion of the bay waters encircling the island. The level of detail in The Palms branding and marketing materials is a noteworthy sign of the high standards of its developer.
